About the Role:

As part of the Corporate Services team, you will help build efficient systems and processes from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to join the foundation team and help shape the systems, culture, capability and identity of a growing school community.

In this fast-moving environment, no two days are the same, and your contribution will leave a legacy.

Reporting to the Business Manager (Operations) and working closely with Business Managers across the co-located high school and special school, you will support core financial and administrative operations.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist with financial processes and resource management.
Deliver accurate and timely administrative services.
Support efficient day-to-day school operations Work environment & team priorities.
Collaborative, inclusive and relational team culture.
Fast-paced, evolving foundation environment.
Strong focus on service delivery and operational excellence.
