We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and continuous improvement, where every student is supported to achieve success and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for life beyond school. Our diverse community values collaboration, innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, creating an environment where both students and staff can thrive. Through our college values of Respect, Resilience, Responsibility and Initiative, we nurture every student to flourish.
The successful applicant will be a professional, consistent and relational teacher who is committed to high-quality teaching, strong classroom practice and contributing positively to the broader life of the college. This role would suit a reflective practitioner who works well in teams, builds positive relationships with students, and is committed to continuous improvement.
Applicants should have strong curriculum knowledge in Health and Physical Education, the ability to plan and deliver engaging and evidence-informed lessons, establish clear classroom expectations, and support a diverse range of learners. The ability to work collaboratively, use data to inform teaching, and contribute to a positive and consistent school culture is essential.
Experience in senior schooling, vocational pathways, school sport and extracurricular programs would be advantageous, but is not essential.
