Full Job Description

About the role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid strategic and creative role where you will balance rigorous consumer market data analysis with institutional B2B lead generation to secure new corporate accounts, manage brand reputation across all operations, and optimize digital booking systems.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize targeted paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Local) and Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) to drive online conversions and brand authority
Develop tailored marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals aimed at securing new corporate accounts, dealership partnerships, and large-scale institutional service contracts
Conduct thorough market research, analyze competitor pricing structures, and evaluate corporate procurement trends to support overall business pricing and positioning strategies
Oversee and maintain the company's WordPress platform, analyzing user journeys and monitoring conversion metrics within the online booking system to maximize customer acquisition
Utilize Google Analytics and platform metrics to monitor campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and deliver data-driven insights to improve ROI
Develop and execute end-to-end content marketing strategies, social media calendars, and automated email workflows (Mailchimp) to retain retail clients and nurture corporate relationships

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a highly related technical field
Minimum of 2–3+ years of proven professional experience managing paid advertising budgets, digital marketing strategy, and social media growth models
Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects)
Fully capable of producing corporate marketing collateral, visual identity assets, and video content internally to service both retail and high-profile corporate accounts
Good working English with the ability to communicate effectively in day-to-day workplace situations, both verbally and in writing
Strong hands-on experience with WordPress management, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and CRM/Email tools
Spanish language skills are desirable and will be considered an advantage for multicultural customer engagement and targeted Spanish-language marketing campaigns

Waterless Concepts Pty Ltd (trading as Green and Clean Car Wash) is an approved sponsor and an established, innovative eco-friendly automotive care and commercial detailing provider operating in Queensland since 2009. In addition to prominent physical commercial locations in Woolloongabba (4102) and Camp Hill (4152), we operate a specialized corporate mobile division. This division manages large-scale institutional contracts, including multi-site fleet cleaning services for premier automotive dealerships and educational institutions (TAFE Queensland) across multiple campuses (South Bank, Loganlea, and Mount Gravatt).
