About the Role
As our Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing advertising campaigns across a range of digital channels. You'll work closely with management to develop advertising strategies that promote Biz Core's software solutions, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Research customer behaviour, market trends and competitor advertising activities to identify opportunities for effective promotional campaigns.
- Plan, coordinate and implement advertising campaigns across digital platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
- Develop compelling advertising concepts and promotional materials that clearly communicate the value of Biz Core's software solutions.
- Coordinate advertising content across the company website, social media platforms, email marketing and paid digital advertising channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance by analysing digital metrics and customer engagement data, making recommendations to optimise results.
- Collaborate with management to develop advertising strategies that support product launches, customer acquisition and business growth.
- Assist with advertising budgets, campaign priorities and channel selection to maximise return on investment.
- Evaluate advertising effectiveness through campaign reporting, audience analysis and market feedback.
- Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Liaise with external creative agencies, media partners and digital service providers to coordinate advertising activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A relevant Bachelor level qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience of at least 3 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing or a similar marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and marketing best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging promotional content.
- Experience analysing campaign performance using digital analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A creative mindset supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
