We're currently hiring a Project Marketing Manager based out of our Brisbane Office.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract until late December 2027, covering parental leave.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of Ingenia Over 50's Communities, helping drive awareness, leads, sales and settlements while creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for assigned lifestyle communities, driving lead generation, sales, settlements, brand awareness and commercial outcomes
Lead project launches, place branding and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, direct marketing and community channels
Manage agency and supplier partnerships, marketing budgets, events and activations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief and with measurable ROI
Partner closely with Development, Sales, Community Managers and other stakeholders to align priorities and maintain momentum across active and future projects
Analyse campaign performance, customer insights and market trends to optimise marketing effectiveness, improve customer experience and support business growth

About You

Proven experience developing and delivering end-to-end marketing strategies, campaigns and project launches, ideally within property, development or a related industry
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, measuring performance and using insights to drive ROI and continuous improvement
Skilled at building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners
A proactive, adaptable and customer-focused marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline, with experience using CRM, analytics and marketing systems to support data-led decision making
