Gym Assistant & Group Coach

Location: Jetts Bli Bli

Position: Part-Time / Casual (Flexible Hours)

Pay Rate: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour

We are looking for an energetic, proactive Gym Assistant & Group Coach who takes pride in keeping our club running smoothly while inspiring our members through exceptional group training sessions.

The Role

This dual-focused role puts you right at the center of our club's daily life. You will balance day-to-day operations with leading group training, creating an inviting environment where members love to workout.

Day-to-Day Gym Operations: Maintain club cleanliness, manage member inquiries, assist with admin tasks, and ensure high operational standards on the gym floor.
Group Fitness Coaching: Deliver high-energy, fun, and effective group training sessions that motivate members and keep them coming back.
Build Attendance: Connect with members, drive excitement around our timetable, and actively grow attendance in group training sessions.
Member Engagement: Welcome members, foster connection, and maintain a friendly, high-vibe atmosphere throughout the facility.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent coaching qualification)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
Experience in customer service, gym operations, or leading group training sessions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
