We currently have an opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, located at Stockland Burleigh Heads Town Centre.
The rostered hours for the Cleaning Supervisor are as follows:
Tuesday – Friday 9am – 17:06 & Saturday 9am – 16:36
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Manage times to ensure all cleaning duties are completed within required deadlines
Ensure cleaning programs are implemented based on approved systems and techniques
Assist with the maintenance and coordination of the department’s activities and functions such that outcomes are achieved constantly
Rosters and rostering - scheduling of staff
Consumable tracking and the management of consumables
Provide direction, guidance and leadership to ensure that staff present themselves, their equipment and the department to the highest standards
Follow health and safety procedures while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a professional approach
What You’ll Bring
2-5 years commercial cleaning or professional cleaning - ideally in shopping centre environments
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Knowledge of safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Understanding of workplace health and safety and basic sanitation practices
Good time management skills and ability to work independently
Ability to follow procedures, communicate effectively, and report issues as required
Certificate II or IIII Cleaning or Health Support Services, or
Certificate IV Cleaning Management - desirable
Must have Working with Children’s Check or be willing to obtain
Prepared to undertake necessary pre-employment checks which includes National Police Check and medical.
