About the role

As an Office Supervisor, this is your opportunity to coordinate and oversee the operational and administrative functions of the Corps/Church, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strong organisational outcomes

Reporting to the Corps/Church Officer, this is a permanent, full-time role, located in Port Macquarie, NSW.

How you will make an impact

Coordinate daily Corps/Church office operations and provide administrative support to leadership, staff, and volunteers.
Manage communications, including newsletters, website content, social media, and promotional materials.
Oversee financial administration, including donations, invoicing, purchasing, and budget support.
Coordinate facilities, property, maintenance, and WHS compliance activities.
Support the planning and delivery of Corps/Church events, programs, and special projects.
Provide HR and volunteer administration, including recruitment, compliance, and record management.

What you will bring

Proven ability to provide high-level administrative support, utilise a range of office and communication technologies, maintain confidentiality, and manage information effectively in a professional office environment.
Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
A National Criminal History Check is required
Current driver’s licence
A Working with Children Check
