Are you an energetic, responsible leader who loves the outdoors, working with people, and being around the water? Stoney Aqua Park is seeking a motivated Duty Manager / Operations Supervisor to join our team for an exciting and rewarding role at one of Australia's premier inflatable water parks.
This is a hands-on position where you'll help deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily operations, staff, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily aqua park operations.
- Supervising and supporting team members.
- Maintaining high safety standards for guests and staff.
- Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer enquiries.
- Stock ordering and inventory management.
- Assisting with water-based operations and equipment management.
- Ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.
Essential Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Experience with ordering and stock control.
- Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
- Boat driving experience.
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Strong swimming ability and water confidence.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Working Holiday Visa (for international applicants, where applicable).
Desirable Requirements
- Previous inflatable water park or aquatic recreation experience.
- Background in tourism, hospitality, outdoor recreation, or water sports.
