Summary:

Our Property Management team is ranked #1 out of the Ray White Network for growth and customer service and Ray White United Group is one of the highest ranked selling real estate offices in Western Sydney lead by award winning principal Peter Diamantidis.

The office at Ray White United Group is about growing people from administrative roles to become fully licensed real estate agents with a winning mentality.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants.
Prepare and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant communications.
Assist in marketing properties to attract potential tenants through various channels.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the leasing process.
Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations..

Qualifications:

Preferred but not essential - Experience in a leasing or property management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with tenants and landlords.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
A current Certificate of Registration or Course Completed
