About the opportunity
We are seeking a Vendor Compliance Coordinator to join our People, Safety and Culture team at our Norwest office. This is a full-time, office-based position. Reporting to the Vendor Compliance Team Leader, this role is responsible for coordinating and managing vendor compliance across the NEX Building Group portfolio. You will play a key role in supporting our contractor and supplier network by ensuring compliance requirements are met while providing exceptional service and support to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating the onboarding of new vendors and contractors
Reviewing and assessing contractor documentation against company requirements
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and compliance documentation
Monitoring vendor compliance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Assisting stakeholders across the business with contractor management enquiries
Supporting the resolution of compliance-related issues and disputes
Providing administrative support to the WHS team and broader business

About you
You are a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills and pride yourself on delivering a high standard of work.

You will demonstrate:

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
The ability to problem solve and think outside the box
A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
A commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders

Highly regarded:

Experience within a Customer Service Administration role
Experience within the residential construction industry
Experience using LinkSafe or similar contractor management systems
Exposure to WHS, compliance or contractor management processes
