At WeCare Wellness Services, we are seeking a motivated Quality & Compliance Auditor to join our dedicated team. In this versatile role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk—you'll lead quality, regulatory, and operational assurance across our internal teams, care programs, and external service partner network.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Quality Audits: Perform risk-based internal audits across care services, client records, SIRS incident management, and operational workflows.
- Associated Provider Oversight: Conduct end-to-end due diligence, onboarding checks, 60-day reviews, and periodic reviews for external service partners.
- Workforce Compliance: Audit workforce registers to verify mandatory clearances (Police Checks, Worker Screening, VEVO), qualifications, and driver compliance.
- Training & Capability Checks: Review training completion across mandatory standards, including Infection Control, Code of Conduct, SIRS, and Person-Centred Care.
- Client Voice: Conduct brief client satisfaction surveys and interviews to ensure high standards of dignity and respect.
- Actionable Improvement: Deliver constructive audit reports and collaborate with team leads to resolve corrective action plans (CAPA).
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in quality auditing, compliance, risk, or regulatory oversight (Aged Care, Disability/NDIS, or Health/Community Services preferred).
- Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of quality standards, worker screening, and compliance frameworks.
- Detail & Communication: Exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills to deliver objective, supportive feedback.
- Self-Driven: Ability to manage audit schedules independently across multiple work streams.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
