Full Job Description

HANDS is a lifestyle design and gift store dedicated to curating the best of design from local and international makers, artists and independent brands.

Founded in 2022, we are a locally-owned and small retail store bringing forth a new concept store to Sydney for quality homewares, playful accessories and meaningful gifts.

We're now seeking a Marketing & Content (Casual/part-time) to support our marketing lead. This role is based in Paddington. The responsibilities include:

Curating and creating social media content to build engagement, brand presence, and product awareness
Shooting photo and video content, including in-store, product, and lifestyle content
Developing and coordinating content strategies, ideas and campaigns aligned with marketing objectives
Coordinating and delivering collaborations with content creators
Assisting with the development and upkeep of brand assets and marketing collateral

Requirements:

Previous experience in marketing
Strong photo and video content creation skills; comfortable using your own camera or phone
Comfortable appearing on camera as part of brand-led content
Experience with Facebook / Meta ads
Strong understanding of engagement, growth, and content performance
Working knowledge of Adobe and video editing tools (Premiere, Photoshop, CapCut or similar)
A strong eye for design and good taste
