This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Coordinator is to coordinate and deliver targeted marketing activities for the entire TAC business, initially focusing on Home Appliances Division and FCR Motion Technology. You will be, driving campaign execution across multiple channels, optimising visibility and supporting sales teams with high-quality marketing assets. This role requires strong coordination skills, an understanding of digital marketing platforms, and the ability to manage agency relationships for SEO and content optimisation.
Working closely with the Home Appliances and Air Conditioning Department, the role coordinates the receipt of inbound spare parts from overseas suppliers, ensuring goods are checked, recorded, and stored correctly. It also involves preparing, packing, and organising the dispatch of parts to various locations across the country using courier services, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
The position requires strong attention to detail, effective organisational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. A collaborative approach is essential to liaise with internal teams, while a proactive mindset supports problem-solving and continuous improvement in warehouse operations and service delivery.
Home Appliances Division
- Liaise with Sales Managers to scope, plan, and execute marketing campaigns in line with business priorities.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across channels, including TECO website, META (Facebook/Instagram) and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain Google My Business profiles to optimise local search presence.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Work with the web agency to implement and monitor SEO strategies, ensuring continuous improvement of search rankings.
- Coordinate content updates and performance tracking across TECO digital platforms.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with TECO’s brand guidelines and deliver measurable results.
Marketing Assets
- Manage the creation, updating and distribution of brochures, flyers, and sales tools for both Home Appliances and FCR.
- Oversee asset development from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality creative and timely production.
- Maintain the marketing asset library for easy access by internal team.
Marketing Support
- Coordinate marketing requests and campaigns for FCR Technology Motion entity, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
- Support content updates and promotional activities for the FCR website and associated platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Provide timely reporting and updates on campaign progress and performance.
Other Duties
- Carry out additional marketing initiatives and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, campaign innovation and customer engagement.
- Comply with the company’s policies including the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures in line with ISO standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, consistent with the nature, level, and scope of the position, as may be reasonably required by the Company from time to time to meet operational and business needs.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline in Marketing, Business, or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Experience in content creation and management, including copywriting, graphic design coordination, and working with creative agencies.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media scheduling tools, and email marketing software.
- Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
