Description:
What success looks like

The Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator provides high-level executive support to the ELT while coordinating strategic projects and organisational initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring ELT operations are efficient, priorities are managed effectively, and key projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. The position requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can confidently manage competing priorities.

Skills and Experiences:
What makes you a great fit

Qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline
Experience of working within employment services, community services, government or not-for-profit organisation's highly regarded
Understanding of governance and Board reporting processes
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant skills, Project Coordinator or similar senior administrative role
Exceptional organisational skills
Initiative and sound judgement
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
Adaptability and resilience
High attention to detail
Professional integrity
Ability to influence and coordinate across teams
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams)
Experience in preparing reports, presentations and meeting papers

Must pass and have a current Police Check (ongoing requirement for employment)
Must pass and have a current Working with Children Check and/or Vulnerable Persons Check (ongoing requirement)
