We’re growing fast. Next year, Pramac Australia is on track to become one of the largest Generac subsidiaries globally (outside North America), driven by big data centre projects and national expansion. This role sits right at the heart of that growth.

The Role

We’re looking for a Service Sales Specialist to grow our service and maintenance contracts across Sydney and NSW.

This is a commercial, relationship-driven role focused on finding generators, winning the maintenance work, and then growing those accounts.

You will:

Identify and target generator sites across NSW, including service stations, commercial buildings and critical facilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managing their maintenance schedules, tracking work in progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assess generator performance and provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades or additional services.
Renew and renegotiate annual maintenance contracts, identifying additional sites and opportunities within customer portfolios.
Proactively upsell repair and upgrade work based on technician reports and site findings.
Develop relationships with facility management companies (e.g. CBRE) and key decision makers to drive new business.
Win new service and maintenance contracts by preparing and presenting tailored proposals.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and implement best practices.
Work closely with service technicians and managers to ensure smooth delivery and strong client outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

This is not a generic sales role – we need someone who understands generators.

You’ll ideally have:

A strong background in the generator industry – service sales, contract sales, project roles, or technical roles with commercial exposure.
Solid knowledge of diesel (and/or gas) generators – what they do, where they’re used, typical failure points and service requirements.
Proven sales or business development experience in a technical/service environment – ideally selling service contracts or maintenance.
The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with facilities managers, asset managers and decision makers.
A proactive, "boots on the ground" approach – you’re happy mapping your territory and knocking on doors.
A current driver’s licence and ability to travel across NSW as needed.
