About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading national provider of facilities and maintenance services, delivering pricing and estimating solutions across major council and government contracts. Due to an upcoming project win, we are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead pricing on a City of Sydney project.
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Lead end-to-end pricing and estimating for facilities and maintenance tender submissions.
- Develop accurate, competitive cost estimates aligned with client scope and specifications.
- Collaborate with bid/precontracts teams to build compelling, commercially sound pricing solutions.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and validate pricing inputs.
- Ensure all estimates comply with governance, compliance, and quality standards under tight deadlines.
- Support risk analysis and value engineering to strengthen submission competitiveness.
About You
We are seeking a senior estimating professional with a strong track record in facilities and maintenance pricing, ideally within council or government-managed contracts.
- Essential: Proven senior-level experience in estimating/pricing within facilities management or maintenance services.
- Essential: Strong understanding of cost planning, subcontractor engagement, and tender pricing processes.
- Essential: Ability to work to tight, fast-moving project timelines.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
