Description

Foxtel Media is part of DAZN Group and connects advertisers with highly engaged Australian audiences across premium sport, entertainment and streaming environments.

We’re looking for a commercially minded and technically capable Insights & Audience Analyst to turn complex audience, subscriber, viewing, campaign and market data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll help shape audience-led advertising solutions, support targeted advertising propositions and demonstrate the commercial value of our data assets to clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse audience, customer, viewing and campaign data to uncover behaviours, trends, segments and commercial opportunities.
Develop compelling insight stories and recommendations for sales teams, advertiser briefs, campaign planning and product strategy.
Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, join and analyse large, complex datasets.
Build repeatable reporting, analytical processes and insight frameworks.
Partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Data and external partners to develop data-led advertising solutions.
Support the optimisation and evolution of audience, targeting and measurement products across premium video, streaming and digital environments.
Assess advertiser and agency requirements, recommending appropriate targeting, audience and measurement solutions.
Contribute to sales enablement, product collateral and go-to-market materials.
Stay across Australian media, advertising, streaming, programmatic, connected TV and privacy trends.

About your experience

Experience in a media owner, broadcaster, publisher, streaming platform, ad-tech, agency or programmatic environment.
Knowledge of connected TV, VOD, digital video advertising, identity and campaign measurement.
Experience with subscriber, viewing or streaming-platform data.
Understanding of the Australian media and sporting landscape.
You’ll be curious, proactive and customer-focused, with a passion for using data to create better advertising outcomes.
Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience independently working with complex datasets.
Experience in audience analytics, customer insights, media, advertising, campaign analytics, product analytics or a related discipline.
Commercial acumen and the ability to connect analysis to client, product and revenue outcomes.
Understanding of Australian privacy, data governance and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex data into practical recommendations and persuasive stories.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
