At DHL Global Forwarding, we don’t just move goods—we keep the world connected. As a global leader in freight forwarding, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our Order Management Solutions (OMS) team in Melbourne.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of a major strategic customer. You’ll ensure exceptional service delivery, strengthen relationships, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with a key strategic customer
Be the voice of your customer and their go-to reliable representative
Deliver outstanding service and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded
Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage complex or non-standard requirements
Ensure compliance with customer-specific SOPs
Lead projects using DHL’s DePICT Business Delivery Framework
Develop clint development roadmaps, plans, and specifications, and oversee execution

What You Bring

Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or account management
Strong administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
Experience with Microsoft programs and PowerBI
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships confidently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
