EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER | MELBOURNE CBD

Are you the person who walks into a hotel, spots what needs fixing and actually gets it done?

Do you know how to lead a team, keep standards high and get results without standing on the sidelines?

We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeping Manager who is confident, hands-on, people-focused and ready to make a real impact.

This isn’t a “sit in the office and hope everything runs smoothly” kind of job.

You’ll lead the team, work with management, solve problems, improve performance and make sure our guests walk into a property that looks and feels its best. ✨

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

You’ll be responsible for making sure the housekeeping operation runs like it should.

That means:

✅ Leading and motivating the housekeeping team.

✅ Setting daily priorities and keeping everyone on track.

✅ Training, coaching and developing your team.

✅ Checking rooms and public areas and making sure standards are met.

✅ Monitoring KPIs, productivity and guest feedback.

✅ Managing stock, supplies and equipment.

✅ Working with other departments to solve problems quickly.

✅ Handling guest concerns professionally.

✅ Finding better, smarter and more efficient ways to work.

✅ Keeping the team accountable while creating a positive workplace.

✅ Stepping in when things get busy and showing the team how it’s done.

We need someone who already has management experience in housekeeping or hospitality.

You should be:
