We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Waitstaff / Floor Staff to join our pub team!
Position: Waitstaff / Floor Staff
Employment: Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time
Location: Hotel Collingwood
Flexible hours and shifts available
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking food and drink orders
- Delivering food and beverages to tables
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Processing orders and payments through the POS
- Keeping the dining and service areas clean and tidy
- Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams
- Helping create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Flexible and willing to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is highly valued.
