Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a business-to-business (B2B) software company.
Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and navigating internal sales operations.

Preferred qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting to and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting thorough close.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal, agreement structuring and technical support teams.
Highly organized with the ability to balance the operational tasks with client-facing tasks.

About the job

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing full cycle opportunities from inception to close. You will work with the cross-functional and business ecosystems to increase business growth with the existing business. This unique hybrid role consist of customer-facing sales acceleration and internal operational mastery. Working directly within established accounts, you will help our enterprise account teams streamline workflows and increase the velocity of their customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute territory business plans in partnership with field sales, driving key initiatives for increased adoption, usage, and pipeline growth of Google Cloud to achieve quarterly business goals.
Manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously. Serve as a primary customer contact for business/adoption-related activities, including agreements, quotes, and commercial discussions.
Generate accurate work orders and client-facing contractual documents in a timely manner, while maintaining data integrity and agreement updates in the sales CRM.
Partner with supporting business functions and account teams to streamline administrative workflows and eliminate operational friction.
Attend customer meetings, coordinate technical follow-ups, and organize customer workshops or roadmap sessions to accelerate sales velocity.
