Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Oracle HCM implementation. You'll partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive a complex enterprise transformation, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, timeline, and quality.

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of an Oracle HCM implementation.
Manage project scope, governance, risks, issues, budget, and schedule.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, HR, technology, and vendors.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key project milestones.
Drive project planning, reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
Ensure successful change management, testing, deployment, and business readiness.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects as a Senior Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and implementation methodologies.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience delivering HR transformation programs.
