About the Role

As a Diversity Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be the connector between inclusive employers and incredible jobseekers. You’ll champion diversity, open doors to employment, and help create workplaces where everyone can shine.

Based in Mackay and working across Proserpine, Bowen and Cannonvale, you’ll build employer partnerships, support jobseekers to grow in confidence, and create life‑changing employment pathways. The role involves:

Reverse Marketing — Identify and convert new job opportunities through proactive engagement
Job Readiness Workshops — Deliver engaging sessions on resumes, interviews, and workplace skills

Workplace Assessments — Ensure environments are safe, accessible, and culturally inclusive

Tech‑savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
Able to obtain a National Police Check, Blue Card, and hold a valid driver’s licence
