About the Role

As a Diversity Recruitment Specialist, you’ll be the connector between inclusive employers and incredible jobseekers. You’ll champion diversity, open doors to employment, and help create workplaces where everyone can shine.
Based in Mackay and working across Proserpine, Bowen and Cannonvale, you’ll build employer partnerships, support jobseekers to grow in confidence, and create life‑changing employment pathways. The role involves:

- Experience in Business to Business sales or other sales backgrounds with an ability to address objections, employer engagement, employment services, or diversity hiring
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Empathy, creativity, and a solutions‑focused mindset
- Valid Blue Card (or ability to obtain), National Police Check, and open driver’s licence
