An exciting opportunity exists to join Team Kurtschenko, one of the leading residential sales teams in Melbourne’s north-east. Working closely alongside Director Tom Kurtschenko, this role offers a unique platform to build a successful career in real estate within a high-performing, fast-paced environment specialising in quality homes. This position is ideally suited to someone looking to enter the industry or with some early experience, who is eager to learn, develop strong sales skills, and be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional results.

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will play an integral role across all stages of the sales process — supporting business generation, managing buyer relationships, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns. Working directly with Tom and the team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a premium marketplace, while contributing to a consistent pipeline of new opportunities and successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting prospecting and new business generation activities
Managing and engaging with active and passive buyers
Assisting with the preparation and launch of new listings
Providing support throughout sales campaigns, including buyer follow-up and inspections
Contributing to a high level of client service from initial enquiry through to settlement
Assisting with post-sale follow-up and ongoing client relationships

About You

Strong work ethic with a genuine interest in real estate
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build rapport with clients and buyers
Driven, positive, and team-oriented mindset
Must hold a current driver’s licence
Must hold (or be willing to obtain) an Agent’s Representative Licence
