As a Sales Assistant, you will play an integral role across all stages of the sales process — supporting business generation, managing buyer relationships, and assisting in the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns. Working directly with Tom and the team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a premium marketplace, while contributing to a consistent pipeline of new opportunities and successful sales outcomes.

Supporting prospecting and new business generation activities

Managing and engaging with active and passive buyers

Assisting with the preparation and launch of new listings

Providing support throughout sales campaigns, including buyer follow-up and inspections

Contributing to a high level of client service from initial enquiry through to settlement

Assisting with post-sale follow-up and ongoing client relationships

Strong work ethic with a genuine interest in real estate

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
