Description:

Picking produce in line with specifications (Quality checking all produce)
Clipping, de-leafing, stringing, pruning, truss arching, pollinating in line with KPI targets as set by the Head Grower
Packing, sorting, grading, stacking
General crop and labouring duties as required
General cleaning duties in greenhouse as required
Every Friday afternoon all trolleys and scissor lifts are to be cleaned + clear of any rubbish/leaf’s

Adhere to Quality Control & Food Safety techniques and procedures.
Monitor the implementation of food safety and quality programs and assist with process improvement.
Report any non-compliance to supervisor.
Promote quality consciousness within the team.
Adhere to and enforce farm bio-security procedures.
Responsible for housekeeping in own work environment.
Including picking completion clean up processes in and around farm and other cleaning /general housekeeping duties required to keep the site compliant with safety standards.
Undertakes duties in a safe and responsible manner, taking reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of other personnel who may be affected by their conduct.
Ensure all company WH&S policies, SOPs and procedures are followed.
Contribute to work health and safety processes.
Report any maintenance issues to farm supervisor or manager
Participate in all WH&S training provided.
Advise management of Health and safety risks, hazards, accidents and near misses.
Maintain 100% compliance to federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to workplace safety regulations: ensuring adherence to requirements.
