Description:
- Picking produce in line with specifications (Quality checking all produce)
- Clipping, de-leafing, stringing, pruning, truss arching, pollinating in line with KPI targets as set by the Head Grower
- Packing, sorting, grading, stacking
- General crop and labouring duties as required
- General cleaning duties in greenhouse as required
- Every Friday afternoon all trolleys and scissor lifts are to be cleaned + clear of any rubbish/leaf’s

- Adhere to Quality Control & Food Safety techniques and procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of food safety and quality programs and assist with process improvement.
- Report any non-compliance to supervisor.
- Promote quality consciousness within the team.
- Adhere to and enforce farm bio-security procedures.
- Responsible for housekeeping in own work environment.
- Including picking completion clean up processes in and around farm and other cleaning /general housekeeping duties required to keep the site compliant with safety standards.
- Undertakes duties in a safe and responsible manner, taking reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of other personnel who may be affected by their conduct.
- Ensure all company WH&S policies, SOPs and procedures are followed.
- Contribute to work health and safety processes.
- Report any maintenance issues to farm supervisor or manager
- Participate in all WH&S training provided.
- Advise management of Health and safety risks, hazards, accidents and near misses.
- Maintain 100% compliance to federal, state, and local legislation pertaining to workplace safety regulations: ensuring adherence to requirements.
