Description:
About the role:

Facilitating the sale of Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, meeting sales volume and profitability targets.
Demonstrating Mercedes-Benz vehicles, features, and capabilities with confidence.
Ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and enquiries.
Managing the full sales cycle, including finance introductions, aftermarket and trade-ins.
Delivering a premium handover experience, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standards.
Maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and aftersales engagement.
Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, and competitor research.
Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
Accurately maintain records and paperwork and comply with relevant regulations.

Skills and Experiences:
What you’ll bring:

Previous automotive POV sales experience (luxury or retail environment highly regarded).
A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering premium experiences.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Professional presentation and an eye for detail.
Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
