We are seeking an experienced Handyperson to join our team. This role will report to the Chief Engineer and is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance

The successful candidate will:

Perform general building repairs, maintenance and cleaning tasks across multiple trade disciplines including regular painting
Be responsible for maintaining a clean work area
Always work in a wise manner adhering to current WH&S legislation
Carry out high-quality guest room preventative maintenance as scheduled
Have the flexibility to work rotating weekends (minimum 2 weekend days per month)

Ideally you will have:

Previous experience in a similar role
A flexible work attitude
Excellent customer service skills
A strong desire to work in a service focused environment
The capacity to work unsupervised in a tight team environment
Professional presentation
Willingness to learn new skills
Cert III Painting & Decorating (desired)
