Full Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to support the execution of product, content and promotional activity across the Seafolly, JETS and Tigerlily websites and marketplace channels.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager, you'll be responsible for catalogue accuracy, seasonal product launches, promotional setup and marketplace data management across global markets. Working closely with Ecommerce, Planning, Marketing, Creative and Customer Care teams, you'll ensure products are launched on time, accurately merchandised and ready to trade.

You will:

Maintain and optimise the online product catalogue across Seafolly, JETS and Tigerlily, ensuring accurate product information, SEO content, imagery, merchandising, navigation and collection management across all markets.
Coordinate and execute seasonal product launches and campaign activations, managing product readiness, imagery workflows, homepage builds, site content updates and comprehensive pre-launch quality assurance.
Own the accuracy and integrity of product data across marketplace channels, ensuring all listings meet partner requirements and supporting the growth of the brands' third-party marketplace presence.
Deliver all onsite promotional activity, including sale events, discount offers and Gift With Purchase campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, testing, compliance and timely execution.
Support the ecommerce trading rhythm through timely reporting, commercial analysis and insights that help drive performance and informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with Ecommerce, Planning, Marketing, Creative and Customer Care teams to ensure products, campaigns and content are launched accurately and on schedule.
Provide ongoing website support through daily quality assurance, troubleshooting, order and stock investigations, customer account issue resolution and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Coordinate the end-to-end management of ecommerce imagery and digital assets, maintaining organised libraries, file structures and workflows from photoshoot through to final delivery across ecommerce, campaign and wholesale channels.

You have:

Previous experience in an ecommerce, digital or retail operations role, preferably within fashion, swimwear or apparel.
Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including product management, collections, metafields and promotional discount setup.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy across large product catalogues and complex datasets.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and successfully execute concurrent launches across brands and markets.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and confidence working with product, trading and performance data to support decision-making.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and drive tasks through to completion.
Experience working across multiple brands, international markets, ERP/PIM systems (ideally AP21) and third-party marketplaces such as The Iconic is highly regarded.
Solid understanding of ecommerce best practices, including SEO, Klaviyo and review platforms, combined with a proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure.
