We are looking for a creative, organised, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support our growing eCommerce business and help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and social media platforms.
- Assist with website merchandising, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and promotional newsletters.
- Develop engaging content for the website, blog, social media, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate marketing calendars, campaign assets, and creative projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Support SEO initiatives and optimise website content to improve search visibility.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print marketing materials.
- Assist with corporate gifting campaigns, product photography coordination, and content creation.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify or Neto/Maropost (highly regarded).
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and performance metrics.
- Passion for retail, gifting, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
