A well-established dental practice in the hidden Sydney gem of Rouse hill , is seeking a dedicated Dentist to replace an outgoing practitioner who is retiring. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a thriving practice with a strong community presence and a commitment to providing top-notch dental care. The practice has a strong emphasis on culture and looking for a likeminded individual to assist with future growth.

Flexible Part-Time Role: Start with 2-3 days a week (Wednesday, Friday, and alternating Saturdays) with the potential for more days in the future, especially from 2025 onwards.

Modern Practice: Work with state-of-the-art equipment including OPG, scanner, and intra-oral technology, ensuring you have the tools you need to provide excellent care.
Team-Oriented Environment: Join a close-knit team of 4 dentists in a 3-chair practice where personality fit is highly valued. The practice prides itself on fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Surgical Expertise: Surgical extractions, particularly wisdom teeth, would be ideal for this role as the procedure is currently referred out. If you have experience or a strong interest in this area, our client is keen to support and mentor you to further develop your skills.
General Dentistry: Provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient base ranging from young adults to seniors. The practice sees a high volume of patients in the 40-70 age group. endodontic experience a significant advantage.
Referrals: While the practice handles most general and surgical procedures in-house, orthodontics (particularly paediatric cases) and implants are referred out. Great opportunity to assist with those procedures
