Forum Dentistry is seeking a reliable, client-focused Locum General Dentist to assist our team during an upcoming period of staff leave across September and October.
Locum Dates & Hours Required
Tuesday, 29 Sept 2026: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Friday, 02 Oct 2026: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Tuesday, 06 Oct 2026: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday, 07 Oct 2026: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Wednesday, 14 Oct 2026: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Opportunity: Pending a successful coverage period, there is strong potential for ongoing future locum work to assist with upcoming team leave.

Who We’re Looking For
Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a General Dentist
Proven clinical experience in general dentistry within Australia or NZ
Current professional indemnity insurance
Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
Ability to hit the ground running and work efficiently alongside a dedicated clinical support team
