Full Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate pastry cook to join our croissant bakehouse team. This role focuses on producing high-quality croissants and pastries with precision and care.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake croissants and pastries to recipe standards.
Maintain product consistency and high quality.
Collaborate on production planning and inventory.
Keep a clean, food-safe work environment.
Contribute ideas for new pastries and seasonal items.
Assist with packaging and presentation for retail/wholesale.

Qualifications:

Experience with laminated doughs and classic pastry techniques.
Strong knowledge of baking ingredients, tools, and methods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Commitment to food safety and sanitation.
Team player with great communication skills.
