Full Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Business Development Manager

The Role:

You will be selling advertising products that help businesses sell their products to our Buyers and Dreamers.
Building a sales pipeline from warm clients, as well as new prospects.
Building relationships with automotive dealers of all sizes, from gravel yards to franchise dealers, along with Parts, Service and Accessory businesses.
Presenting appropriate advertising strategies to clients in a professional manner
Negotiating and executing advertising bookings
Travel to attend customer meetings as required
Interacting with Account Executives and Admin Team regarding new leads and handover of established clients
Follow clear sales processes and strictly maintain and update information in our CRM system (Salesforce)
Plan your week to achieve Sales and Operational deadlines.

A bit more about you:

2 years or more in an outbound sales role - telephone sales skills are preferred.
Ability to build a relationship with new customers quickly.
A proven history in exceeding targets
Motivation to succeed. You should understand what you are working toward and why (in your life).
A positive, can do attitude.
Driven to achieve targets
A team player

Salary:

Base: $70,000 +
On Target Earnings: $110,000
Hard work and great skills can earn: $150k+
