Receptionist / Accounts & Social Media Coordinator - Geelong

We are seeking a proactive Receptionist / Accounts & Social Media Coordinator to join our team full-time (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm). Based in Belmont, this multifaceted role offers the perfect blend of client service, financial administration, and creative digital marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

First Impressions & Reception: Warmly greet visitors, manage phone enquiries, handle incoming mail, and maintain office supplies.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and keep financial records accurate.
Claims & Handover Support: Prepare construction claims, follow up outstanding accounts, and assemble compliance certificates and handover packs.
Social Media & Content Creation: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram and Facebook.
On-Site Media Capture: Visit building sites to capture photo and video footage showcasing our custom builds.
General Office Support: Assist management with administrative tasks and day-to-day office coordination.

What You'll Bring

Warm Communication: Friendly, professional manner face-to-face and over the phone.
High Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise across admin, accounts, and media duties.
Creative & Social Media Skills: Experience producing video content and managing active social platforms.
Tech Proficiency: Confident using Google Workspace and bookkeeping software (Xero preferred).
Essentials: Valid Driver’s Licence is required. Building industry experience is a bonus, but finding the right culture fit is our top priority!
