Full Job Description

We are looking to bring on experienced bartenders / all-rounders to come along for the journey as we continue to grow and develop our team.

Daisy is set in a basement below Shorts Place, with a mission to provide Geelong with outstanding drinks in a professional, yet fun and energetic service atmosphere. We are a young, passionate and growing team that love to work hard and socialise often. We are keen to bring like minded people onboard.

What we are looking for:

Demonstrated hospitality experience (2+ years in a similar venue)
Long term viability - we seek candidates who are looking to work with us for more than 1 year
Exceptional service skills, communication and presentation
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Team-oriented, committed people
Weekend availability is a must, but we understand if you aren't available every weekend

We especially value individuals who have a desire to learn and grow their position within our business. There is lots of opportunity for career progression, both at Daisy and in our wider hospitality group.

We are flexible employers and have a range of hours available each week.
