Caruggi is seeking an experienced Bartender/Waiter to join our front‑of‑house team.
Role Overview
You’ll provide efficient, friendly service across both the bar and dining room, with confidence in classic cocktails, wine service, and carrying plates. Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.
Responsibilities
- Bartending duties — Prepare drinks accurately, maintain bar cleanliness
- Table service — Take orders, run food, clear tables, handle POS.
- Customer care — Provide consistent, attentive service.
- Product knowledge — Learn and describe menu items and wines.
Requirements
- Experience in bartending and table service.
- RSA and understanding of responsible service.
- Availability for nights and weekends.
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic.
