Make a real difference in your community by working with our teams at Gawler as Personal Assistant to both the Director of Nursing and the Director Aboriginal Mental Health and Cultural Lead!
In this varied role, you will work in a dynamic environment, providing high-level, confidential executive support to the Director of Nursing and the Director Aboriginal Mental Health and Cultural Lead. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly including managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings and briefings, and preparing high-quality correspondence and reports. Using your initiative and sound judgement, you’ll anticipate priorities, respond to competing demands, and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders across the health network. Your ability to stay organised, think ahead, and maintain confidentiality will be critical in supporting effective leadership and decision-making.

An experienced and highly organised executive support professional with a proven ability to provide confidential, high-quality administrative support to senior leaders in a complex environment.

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director of Nursing and the Director Aboriginal Mental Health and Cultural Lead, ensuring the efficient coordination of correspondence, meetings, travel, reports and daily operations.

Proactively manage priorities, enquiries and complex schedules, ensuring critical issues are identified, communicated and actioned in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate meetings, committees and project activities, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items and monitoring progress against agreed outcomes.

Undertake research, gather and analyse information, and prepare briefings, reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making and service improvement initiatives.

- Foster positive relationships with Aboriginal communities, health professionals and partner organisations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, cultural respect and customer service.
