THE OPPORTUNITY

Viva Leisure - one of Australia’s leading health and fitness operators - is seeking enthusiastic Member Services team members to join our Club Pilates Brisbane studios on a casual basis. Our Brisbane studios, formerly operating as Rebalance, are now proudly part of the global Club Pilates network, with Viva Leisure as the master franchise partner in Australia. This brings together the strength and stability of a major Australian fitness group with the world-class programming and brand recognition of one of the largest Pilates brands globally.

Opportunities are available across our Rocklea, Carina, Kedron, and Margate locations. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, personalised service while supporting studio growth through strong member relationships and membership sales. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting members with general enquiries, conducting studio tours for prospective members, driving membership sales, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professionally presented studio environment. This is a casual position offering a flexible working schedule.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting studio tours and inductions
Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process to maximise conversions
Engage with members, assist with general queries
Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented studio environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks
