Join our team and help shape the future of mobility!

In this role, you’ll shape and optimise end-to-end pricing strategies for the Australian market, using data analysis, modelling, and experimentation to improve marketplace efficiency and user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with product, algorithm, and operations teams to turn complex insights into scalable strategies that deliver meaningful business impact.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Pricing Strategy

Develop and optimise end-to-end pricing strategies across time, distance, and regions
Build pricing models and simulations to assess impact on GMV, orders, and conversion

2. Test Measure Optimise

Design A/B tests and quasi-experiments to evaluate pricing strategies
Analyse price elasticity and translate results into actionable recommendations

3. Marketplace Insights

Monitor supply-demand dynamics, pricing performance, and user behaviour
Identify structural trends and opportunities to improve marketplace efficiency

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with product, algorithm, analytics, and operations teams on strategy execution
Drive end-to-end implementation and turn insights into scalable pricing capabilities

Role Qualifications:

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field 2–5 years’ experience in business analysis, strategy, pricing, or operations;

2) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Basic SQL required, Python a plus;

3) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

4) Fluent English and comfortable working cross-functionally Interest in mobility, rideshare, or marketplace businesses.
