Lead the next chapter of Witchery. As Head of Marketing reporting to the GM Marketing, you’ll shape the brand’s creative vision and marketing strategy, turning insight, data and cultural trends into bold ideas that connect with our customers and drive growth. You’ll bring teams together across Digital, Design, Buying, VM, Merchandise and Retail to create a distinctive, seamless brand experience- from campaigns, content and media to partnerships, CRM, PR, events, styling and beyond.

How You Will Contribute

Set the vision: Lead Witchery’s brand and marketing strategy, positioning the brand as the Style Authority and driving customer, brand and commercial growth.
Shape the moments that matter: Build seasonal and annual marketing calendars that turn product, customer and cultural insights into compelling brand moments.
Lead campaigns & creativity: Set the creative, content and campaign direction across digital, social, retail and partner channels.
Champion the customer: Bring customer, market and cultural insights into every strategic decision, from brand direction to product storytelling.
Build connection & community: Lead CRM, loyalty, influencer, creator, talent and social strategies to grow acquisition, engagement and retention.
Drive media & communications: Own the integrated paid, owned and earned strategy across media, PR, social, content and customer communications.
Create powerful partnerships: Lead brand collaborations, purpose-led initiatives and the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation partnership, including the White Shirt Campaign.
Bring the brand to life: Partner with Retail and VM to deliver a consistent, inspiring Witchery experience across stores, events and customer touchpoints.
Protect and evolve the brand: Own Witchery’s identity, positioning, tone and visual expression, ensuring standout and consistent execution everywhere.
Turn insight into impact: Set performance measures, evaluate campaigns and use data, research and emerging technology, including AI, to continually sharpen the strategy.
Own the investment: Lead the marketing P&L and budget, ensuring investment is focused on the biggest brand and commercial opportunities.
Inspire the team: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, accountability and a positive culture.
