Let's Be Upfront About the Role
This isn't a desk job.
You'll spend your days on the road visiting businesses, introducing EcoAxis Group, building relationships, generating new clients and closing deals.
But unlike most roles, your job doesn't stop once the paperwork is signed.
You'll also have the opportunity to jump behind the wheel of a company truck, complete collections when required and experience the operational side of the business.
You'll need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty. Tyres are heavy, yards can be dusty and every day is different.
We believe the best salespeople understand exactly what they're selling. By experiencing the collection process yourself, you'll build stronger relationships with customers and gain a real understanding of the business.
Build Your Own Recurring Income
This is a commission-based opportunity with exceptional earning potential.
Every new customer you bring into the business becomes part of your portfolio.
You will earn commission on eligible tyres collected from the customers you sign up—not just once, but as they continue using EcoAxis Group on a regular basis.
Build a quality portfolio of regular customers and you'll create an ongoing income stream that grows with your client base.
Earning potential of $500+ per day is achievable for motivated people who consistently win new business and develop long-term customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the complete sales and customer onboarding cycle, including:
- Prospecting tyre shops, mechanics, dealerships, fleets and commercial businesses
- Cold calling and visiting potential customers
- Building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Understanding current tyre collection arrangements
- Reviewing customer pricing and collection volumes
- Requesting recent paid collection invoices when assessing price-match opportunities
- Preparing approved quotations
- Signing new client agreements
- Completing onboarding paperwork
- Coordinating first collections
- Collecting tyres using the company truck when required
- Assisting with loading and unloading tyres
- Supporting operations during busy periods
- Growing and managing your customer portfolio
- Looking for opportunities to increase customer volume and collection frequency
What We're Looking For
This role won't suit everyone.
We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, works hard, isn't afraid of physical work and genuinely wants to grow with the business.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous sales or business development experience (preferred but not essential)
- Confidence speaking with business owners
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to learn every part of the business
- A current Australian driver's licence (truck licence highly regarded; training may be provided to the right candidate)
- Confidence driving a company vehicle
- The willingness to collect tyres and assist wherever needed
- Pride in your work and a customer-first attitude
