Position Overview

As a Line Cook at Al Aseel, you’ll work in a fast-paced professional kitchen preparing authentic Middle Eastern dishes to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in daily service, ensuring consistency, quality, and cleanliness across all kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to Al Aseel recipes and presentation standards.
Work across different stations (grill, cold, hot, prep) as required.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation and food preparation tasks.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a busy kitchen
Passion for food and willingness to learn new techniques
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work across multiple locations if required
Food Safety Certificate
