Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up, you’ll be supported to take ownership of your section, strengthen your skills and build a long-term career with a stable hospitality group.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook consistent, quality pub meals
- Take ownership of your section during busy service
- Work across multiple sections, including the grill
- Manage preparation, stock rotation and food safety
- Keep your section clean, organised and service-ready
- Support the team to deliver quality food every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Chef de Partie, Demi Chef or similar experience
- Pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen experience
- Grill experience is highly regarded
- Rotating-roster availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Australian working rights suitable for ongoing employment
