Full Job Description

At Fishcut Seafood, we're more than just a fish and chip shop. We're a premium seafood retailer committed to sourcing exceptional Australian seafood and serving it with the same care and quality from ocean to plate.

We're looking for a Part-Time Chef/Cook to join our growing team and help deliver fresh, high-quality cooked seafood in a fast-paced takeaway environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

Preparing and cooking fresh seafood to a consistently high standard
Operating commercial fryers and kitchen equipment
Food preparation and portioning
Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Working efficiently during busy service periods

About You

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a chef or cook
A passion for producing quality food
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
Availability for weekday and Saturday shifts
