We're looking for a Part-Time Chef/Cook to join our growing team and help deliver fresh, high-quality cooked seafood in a fast-paced takeaway environment.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and cooking fresh seafood to a consistently high standard
- Operating commercial fryers and kitchen equipment
- Food preparation and portioning
- Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a chef or cook
- A passion for producing quality food
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team
- Availability for weekday and Saturday shifts
