Lead Our New Snap Fitness Club in Burpengary East!
Employment type: Full-time

About the Role

Snap Fitness Burpengary East is seeking a passionate and driven Club Manager to lead our state of the art facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and create an exceptional member experience. You’ll play a key part in building the club’s success and fostering strong connections with the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage daily club operations including staff scheduling, membership administration, and inventory control
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve member queries promptly
Drive sales through community outreach, corporate partnerships, and marketing campaigns
Develop and implement strategies to boost member engagement, retention, and growth
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of fitness professionals
Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve KPIs and business goals

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in fitness club management or a supervisory role (preferred)
Strong customer service orientation with a passion for health and fitness
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
Skills in sales, marketing, and financial management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications in sport, recreation, or business management are highly desirable
